Our 25mm Extended Barrel Coil is the core heating element for the Wired Terp Ripper (Diffuser), Wireless Ripper and Wireless TKO. This “extended” design provides a larger surface area, ensuring your ruby pearls are saturated with consistent, deep heat for those massive, one-hit extractions.

Choose Your Fit: Standard or Pre-Stretched

Achieving the perfect thermal connection is vital for a high-performance ball vape. We offer this coil in two distinct configurations via the dropdown menu:

• Pre-Stretched (Recommended for Ripper & TKO Users): If you are purchasing this coil for a Terp Ripper Diffuser, Wireless Ripper, or Wireless TKO heater head, please select this option. We will professionally stretch the coil to the precise specifications of our heater heads to ensure a flawless fit and optimal heat transfer.
• Standard Coil: Select this option if you are a DIY enthusiast building your own station or using a third-party 25mm heater head and wish to receive the coil in its factory, un-stretched state.

PID Controller Compatibility

To use this coil you must have a compatible PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) controller. Our hardware is designed to work with the most common industry standards.

• Wiring Standard: Our coils use the industry-standard XLR 5-Pin configuration. The coil uses the same wiring format used by Auber, Cannabis Hardware, and many other premium desktop units.
• Pin-Out Configuration:
  • Pin 1: Coil +
  • Pin 2: Coil –
  • Pin 3: TC +
  • Pin 4: TC –
  • Pin 5: Ground
• Safety Check: If you are unsure of your PID’s wiring, please consult your manufacturer’s manual. Plugging a coil into an incorrectly wired PID can cause permanent damage to the coil or the controller.

Fitment Advice:

This coil is designed for 25mm Diffuser-style heater heads. It is not compatible with 20mm injector systems. Please ensure your PID controller is calibrated for UK voltage and matches the 5-pin XLR configuration before use.
