Here is your step-by-step guide to installing your new handle in seconds.
Step 1: Cool Down Your Equipment
Safety first! Ensure your ball vape is turned off and the heating coil is completely cool to the touch. Never attempt to install or swap a handle while the coil is active or still holding residual heat.
Step 2: Align the Cable
Locate the precision-machined slit running down the length of your new wooden handle. Hold the handle in one hand and your coil cable in the other. Flatten the cable as much as possible, try to feel the internal wires and manipulate them to be positioned next to each other. Start to work the cable into one end of the handle.
Step 3: The “Slide” Technique
Once the cable starts to work into the slit, gently pull the cable from the opposite side and the cable should slide up and into the hollow centre of the handle.
Step 4: The “Push” Fit
Once the cable is safely inside the centre of the handle:
- Slide the handle up toward the base of the coil.
- Gently but firmly push the metal base of the coil into the top of the wooden handle.
- The handle is designed for a snug fit.
Step 5: Ready to Rip
That’s it! Your cable is now neatly managed, and your hands are protected by a premium, heat-insulating wooden grip. Plug your coil back into your PID and enjoy your new handle.
